Many of you come to me wanting to lose weight, or essentially body fat. Thats a great goal to have and there is nothing wrong with that at all. ☝🏻But where you may get stuck is many of you are eating a very low caloric intake and struggling to lose weight on low calories. We then have a problem because cutting calories further or increasing training volume further is generally not the answer for long term progress and overall health.. as well as your overall goal.
So what we need to do is spend some time increasing calories and focusing on some GREAT progress other than the number on the scale, because that number does not define us or our progress.
