METABOLISM AND PLATEAUS

As most of you know I have been trying to get ready for a photo shoot. The idea was to get ready by April, however, things have not been running as smooth as I'd like. In fact, the past couple of months I have had a few hurdles with my training and my results.

When you are not seeing results your motivation will get affected, and so was mine after working my butt off without seeing the scale budging at all. This can be so disheartening and so demotivating for anyone, even me! It's so frustrating but the number on the scale does not mean you are not making progress!

I feel leaner and my waist has come down and i am getting stronger in the gym. That is still progress!! But sometimes we focus too much on that little number and it can take over and ruin your whole day.

But there is always a solution so I will keep you up to date on what I am doing each week and how it's all going. The most important thing for you to remember is that do not let the number on the scale demotivate you, just KEEP going. Your body will face plateaus but keeping consistent over time is what will get you there!
