    Thanks for this Nina, I noticed a massive change in my workout- I could do more reps with higher weights and did a longer workout overall because I didn’t feel exhausted as quickly as I normally do. Usually I don’t eat before a workout and just have a protein shake after but this time I had a proper protein & carb source before and after so will be doing this from now on!!
