I'm a nutrition and lifestyle coach. I help women to achieve a body they love without feeling restricted. I'm a bit different to other coaches, because I don't just help women lose weight, I help women to overcome their mindset limitations and regain control in their lives.
As women, we have these crazy expectations of ourselves. We think that we have to show up looking a certain way, no matter our circumstances, and if we don't, then we're not worthy of love. That is insane! Think of how much we could accomplish if we spend less time obsessing over how we look. Think of the lives you could change by showing up every day, loving who you are and what you do in the world.
My process is all about collaboration and overall health. I will give you all of the tools that you need to change your life, but it is up to you to implement the work. If you work hard to make the change, I will work harder. I will be there to support you whenever you need it and I will hold you accountable so that you can step into the big life that I know you can lead, and let go of the silly limiting beliefs that are holding you back.
Coming out of my teens and into my early 20’s I struggled with weight fluctuation and constant yo-yo dieting. I was always very active, but I always carried some excess body fat. In continuous attempts to try to lose weight, I would barely eat all day then spend hours doing cardio in the gym. I then backed this up by binge drinking and partying on the weekends. The result was this constant weight loss/weight regain cycle that was not only bad for my health, but my self-esteem too.
I don’t know exactly where my insecurities stemmed from, but I know they were definitely there. I was never really happy with how I looked on the outside and I especially didn’t feel confident within myself.
With all the insecurities I had, I confided in a friend of mine who was a trainer, and he helped me find comfort in lifting weights in the gym. The gym gave me an opportunity to escape. It was my ‘me’ time. My passion quickly changed and I started educating myself as much a possible on nutrition, supplementation and training.

"Coaching with Nina has been better than i ever could have expected. i have struggled for years with disordered eating, maintaining a diet of <1000cal/day for years. I have tried so many times to increase my calories, but i freaked out each time with weight gain and could never give myself permission to eat more. Since working with Nina i have doubled my starting calories and i couldnt be more proud of myself. She has helped me overcome a restrictive mindset and so many weird food phobias and fears i had. "Working with Nina has helped me really understand the importance in healing my metabolism in order to achieve the body composition I am aiming for. We are told time and time again that the only way to lose weight is to eat less, but that isn't always the case. Nina has shown me not to be afraid of increasing my calories and truthfully, I am eating about 700 calories more with a very slight change in my weight. I feel stronger, have WAY more energy, and more lean muscle (so I look better). I genuinely look forward to sending my progress pics and check in form weekly, and am constantly refreshing my email for Nina's video response. Her energy and positivity is infectious.
